BERLIN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Investigations into a vandalism complaint has resulted in two arrests. According to the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office, Damian M. Degennaro II, 27, of Berlin, and Olivia L. Gravel, 23, of Williamstown, Mass., allegedly caused damage to two sports fields at the Berlin Middle/High School on May 3. SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Closing arguments were heard in the criminal trial of Nauman Hussain, related to the 2018 Schoharie limo crash that killed 20 people. Before closing arguments began, Judge Peter Lynch denied Lee Kindlon's request to add a lesser-included charge of reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, for the jury to consider during their deliberations.
