(AP) — Iowa wide receiver Nico Ragaini has been reprimanded by the Big Ten for his comment about officiating in last week’s game against Iowa State, the conference announced Wednesday.Ragaini gave an obscenity-laced response to a reporter Tuesday when asked if he thought Iowa State’s Jeremiah Cooper committed pass interference against him before making an interception in the second quarter.“Is the NCAA or Big Ten going to fine me if I say that’s a (expletive, expletive) call or what? Yeah, I don’t know. PARKER, Colo. (KDVR) — Two men are facing attempted first-degree murder charges in a shooting Tuesday morning in the Stroh Ranch neighborhood.The Parker Police Department responded to the shooting around 5:45 a.m. The neighborhood had a Flock camera system installed in July, which captured the suspects' license plates. Officers quickly identified the vehicle and arrested 30-year-old James Gomez Deppermann and 23-year-old Aaron Joseph Stelly. The Miami-Dade Police Department on Wednesday released surveillance footage that showed a hit-and-run that left a young man injured. After a months-long recovery, 18-year-old Gallihano Constant is finally back on his feet. “All I can remember is that I was leaving work,” he said. The hit-and-run sent Gallihano Constant to the hospital for three weeks after he was knocked unconscious. “I had, like, to have surgery on my face,” he said.Constant had broken bones in his face, his hand, leg and hip.“And I’m thankful that I’ve still got my eye because, at some point, my eye was extremely swollen,” he said. The person responsible for hitting Constant hasn’t been caught. “For you to hit somebody and just go, it’s kinda weird,” he said. A local charity is sending out love for survivors of the Holocaust and other elderly residents living in Broward County.As the Jewish New Year approaches, Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward County is delivering Rosh Hashanah care packages.7News cameras on Wednesday captured volunteers with the charity knocking on the door of Hallandale Beach resident Liza Feygelman’s apartment.“In Broward County, we have 1,500 survivors. We’re one of the largest remaining survivor populations in the United States,” said Randy Colman, CEO of Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward. “Many of the survivors are here and without family. Officials in towns up and down the coast are warning people of the up to 60 mph winds, storm surges and winds that are coming this weekend as much of the area is under a tropical storm watch.Harbormasters in places like Marshfield are telling people to pull their smaller boats out of the water.
