This year, SummerNight will be held on Friday, July 14, from 5 to 10 p.m. in Downtown Schenectady. ST. LOUIS - A new real estate analysis names St. Louis among the Top 25 "cheapest places to live" in the United States. ST. LOUIS (AP) — A doctor from Kansas admitted Tuesday to a role in a telemedicine fraud scheme for unnecessarily ordering genetic testing and orthotic braces, defrauding Medicare of about $16 million.Gautam Jayaswal, 64, of Overland Park, Kansas, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in St. Louis to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. He could face up to five years in prison and must repay the money.The U.S. Attorney's Office in St. Louis said Jayaswal contracted with several companies from 2017 to 2021 to work as a telemedicine doctor. His plea agreement stated that Jayaswal fraudulently ordered orthotic braces for 1,433 patients, and companies he worked for used those orders to defraud Medicare of nearly $1.4 million.The plea agreement stated that Jayaswal also signed orders for medically unnecessary genetic tests for 2,061 patients, costing Medicare Part B about $14.7 million.Broncos single-game tickets go on sale Thursday evening

The Broncos’ full 2023 schedule is set to be unveiled at 6 p.m. Thursday. Shortly after that, the club is putting single-game tickets on sale.According to a release from the team, there are single-game tickets set to come available for all nine of Denver’s regular-season home games, but quantity varies by game and many are single seats. The tickets that go on sale Thursday include full-price seats (Denver uses dynamic and variable pricing practices), ADA seats and club seats.The Broncos have sold out 410 consecutive games regular season home dating to 1970.Even coming off a sixth straight losing season, Broncos tickets have been a hot commodity. The franchise had a 98% renewal rate in 2022, topping 96% for sixth straight year. The Colorado Rapids are planning further renovations to improve Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, the team announced Wednesday.The north end terraces of DSGP will be redeveloped into a new section called “The North Boundary,” which will feature field-level outdoor patio seating. Renovations began Tuesday and the project will open to fans on the annual Fouth of July home game. When completed, the terrace’s capacity will more than double.The project was designed by Denver-based planning and landscape architecture firm StackLot, and will be built by national-based Turner Construction. The United States Coast Guard is responding to a reported aircraft crash off the coast of the Channel Islands Wednesday morning.The aircraft is believed have contained three people when it crashed 1 mile southwest of San Clemente Island, the southernmost of the Channel Islands.A MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter and its crew are en route from U.S. Coast Guard Air Station San Diego to assist with search and rescue efforts, the USCG said on Twitter.
