It happened in the 4500 block of the southbound I-35 frontage road.The southbound road is closed from Westinghouse Road to RM 1431. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) cited 312 people over the summer for attempting to use fake identification to purchase alcoholic beverages under the age of 21. RUTLAND CITY, Vt. (NEWS10) -- The Vermont State Police are currently investigating after a cruiser and patrol rifle were stolen. MISSOURI - Another black bear hunting season is underway in Missouri, the third in state history. Hunters with a permit can venture into the wilderness for a limited time and pursue black bears.Over the last two years, hunters have harvested a combined 20 bears. The state has allowed a select group to hunt up to 40 each year since 2021 for conservation purposes. ST. LOUIS -- A woman who died in a crash early Friday morning has been identified. Police say Aylia Crus, 20, died after her car slammed into a light pole.Crus was driving eastbound on Chippewa at around 3 a.m. on October 13 when her Honda Civic crossed over into the westbound lanes at Kingshighway. It hit the light pole and then stopped on the sidewalk.EMS took Crus to the hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Pedestrian Crash near Sherwood Avenue Kills 59-Year-Old ManMODESTO, CA (October 17, 2023) – Tuesday night, a fatal DUI collision on Standiford Avenue led to the arrest of Isabelle Fernandez. The deadly incident happened around 10:45 p.m. in the area of Standiford and Sherwood Avenue in north Modesto.Based on the news report, a man was attempting to cross Standiford from the north side when he was struck by an eastbound Honda Civic.Unfortunately, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the hospital a short while later. The coroner’s office will release the identity of the victim once the next of kin has been notified.Meanwhile, responding officers arrested the Civic driver and booked her into Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
